you want to work it into the leather real good so id use a brillo pad

Listen to what din9lebrah and Daysce stated. Mr. Clean eraser will put thousands of micro scratches in your leather which will shorten the lifespan of it which will require more and more frequent cleaning. If you have a really dirty leather interior that a traditional leather cleaning product cannot clean up then you need to use steam to get it clean. Steam will lift all of the dirt and grime and return your seats to like new condition. See comparison here:

If you are getting a car ready for sale or your leather interior isn't in the best shape (worn seats), then using a Mr. Clean eraser isn't that bad of an idea.
